CONTEXT:Into the Europe Supply Network led by a E2E SC vision and in interface with all stakeholders (Factory, Commercial, Supply, Demand, Innovation,…) the purpose is to plan, execute & optimize :Packs availability (92 Millions in2015) for 3 Europe dry facilities + 4 overseas’sCo-manufacturing Finished goods availability (3 suppliers) for markets Operations through European facilities (Dry & co-manufacturers).
